Online pre-registration is strongly encouraged, however walk up online registration will be available. Must have physical and all rank one forms completed to participate.

By signing this form, you release Princeton ISD and the camp staff from all liability for any and all injuries or illnesses that may result from participation in the camp. I understand that the camp does NOT provide any insurance. I also give my permission for my child to be treated in case of an emergency.
